Museums in Tokyo

There are a number of excellent museums and art galleries in Tokyo Japan.

The Tokyo National Museum, for example, houses an extensive collection of Japanese art.  This includes ceramics, paintings and sculptures.

The Shitamachi Museum focuses on the history, culture and heritage of Tokyo.
